Thanksgiving
Today is a very special Thanksgiving to me 13 years ago i could not raise my head, i was real sick. Yeasterday i had my pre Thanksgiving checkup my Blood Pressure was 127/74, and have lost 100lbs. God i have come a long ways, in 13 years.
To all of you i would say today relax and enjoy yourself, because tomorrow is not a given. And please take care of your health.

13 years ago.
13 years ago today i passed out in my bathroom with a Blood Pressure of 250. November 15, 1998.
